POSTAGE & HANDLING


All orders are sent via Australia Post.

$4.95 standard untracked shipping within Australia, free shipping on orders over $50.

$9 standard tracked shipping within Australia, free tracked shipping on orders over $75.

$11.95 express shipping within Australia, free express shipping on orders over $100.

$18AUD shipping on International orders.

Delivery times

Australia

Standard delivery – you should receive your You & Soul delivery within 2-10 working days from the placement of your order.


Overseas

International orders are dependent on the requested shipping destination. You should receive your order in approximately 10-14 working days from the day you placed it.

Checking the status of an order

If you would like to check on the status of your order please contact us via our Contact page quoting your order number and we will be happy to help you with your query. You will also be kept updated via email when your order has been dispatched.


Cancelling or changing your order

You & Soul endeavours to dispatch your order as soon as we receive it. If you have changed your mind about the order you have placed and would like to cancel or change it, please contact us via our Contact page, quoting your order number as soon as possible. If your order has already entered the dispatch process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.


Incorrect orders

If you have received your order from You & Soul and it is incorrect please contact us via our Contact page with your order number so that we can arrange to have the correct products sent to you.


You & Soul will replace any incorrect product with your chosen product within 7-10 working days upon receipt of the incorrect products you originally received.

Refund and Exchange + Faulty and Damaged Goods Policy

You & Soul will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty, damaged or have in the highly unlikely event, caused a skin reaction, within 10 days from the receipt of your order. Total value of the refund will equal the total cost of the goods purchased excluding freight. A refund will be made in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the products you have returned, or an adequate photo has been received by us.
