HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped with 2 business days. If for any reason shipping is delayed, we will notify you via email immediately. Please allow between 2-10 business days for Australia Post to deliver your order.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
If you would like to check on the status of your order please contact us via our Contact page quoting your order number and we will be happy to help you with your query. You will also be kept updated via email when your order has been dispatched.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do! Please select the country you’re shipping to in the drop down box and we will send you a postage quote. We use International Economy, so it may take 10 days (or more) to receive your You & Soul beauty creations. Please click the link to Australia Post if you would like more information about their postal timing.
WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?
We make every effort to ensure that your You & Soul beauty creations arrive to you in perfect condition. On the off chance you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving, and we’ll endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
WHAT IS THE EXPIRY DATE FOR THE YOU & SOUL BEAUTY CREATIONS?
All products have a shelf-life of 18 months. Our lip balm and body scrubs should be used within 12 months of opening. To ensure your new products longevity, always replace the cap after use and keep water tight. For body scrubs, always keep the packaging sealed when not in use.
WHY DO SOME OF THE LIP BALMS MELT OR CHANGE CONSISTENCY WHEN IT IS HOT?
We do not use synthetic/artificial stabilisers or emulsifiers in our creations. This means our natural products are sensitive to extreme temperature changes, as they contain zero chemicals to prevent them from softening and/or melting. We recommend keeping your lip balm out of direct sunlight and hot vehicles. The good news is, a melted lip balm is a quick fix! 30 minutes in the refrigerator and it will solidify and return to normal, ready for use again.
DO YOU TEST ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?
Absolutely not! We guarantee that all You & Soul creations and ingredients have NOT been tested on animals.
